I know that I totally suck at blogging... but oh well you get what you get right? We have been great at our house, Sawyer is 2 months old and is getting bigger and smarter everyday, he is sleeping all night, and a pretty happy baby! Kayden LOVE LOVE LOVES him!Kayden has enjoyed being a big brother, he has turned into such a good kid he helps me around the house and gets me whatever I need for the baby.He is getting so big he is learning how to write his letters and numbers he is such a smart kid. Sawyer started laughing last week and we haven't had a good video of it yet so while at my dad's house we got it! I am so thankful for my sweet boys I love them so much I don't know what I would do with out them!! I have no idea how to post the Youtube video on my blog of him laughing so just click here

This weekend has been crazy for us and little Sawyer. On Thursday night (4/7) when I put Sawyer to bed I noticed he was acting strange he was breathing weird and kept sneezing , I just watched him through the night to make sure he was OK I thought maybe he had a cold or something so I decided to take him to the pediatrician Friday because something was just off he wasn't acting like himself. As soon as we got to the office the pediatrician took his clothes off and started to watch his chest, with every breath he took his chest would sink in on the sides and front. which made me very nervous, the pediatrician said well he is retracting and is trying harder to breath than he should, so I am going to have him go to American Fork Hospital and get and RSV test, she also said that she hadn't seen any cases of RSV in over a month so she said she thought it was unlikely that he had it. I got all our stuff and headed straight over to the hospital while we were waiting I noticed he was getting worse he was squirming acting like he was uncomfortable and snorting like he couldn't breath and he had just eaten and started to throw up.

They brought us back and laid him on this little table crib took his vitals and his oxygen level was 90/100 so they had to do deep suctioning to get it to raise. I had no idea what they had to do but , they had to stick a suctioning catheter up his nose and down his throat while i hold his head. I was bawling my eyes out Kayden was in the room circling the table saying "Get that out of his nose!" "Get it out!" It lasted about 3min and his little eyes were so swollen from screaming so hard, they took his vitals again and his oxygen had gone up 98/100 now that there was nothing blocking his air way. the mucus that they got out was going to be tested for RSV and they said they would call me in about an hour. The doctor left the room so that we could get our things, and Kayden looked at me with the saddest look on his face, and I asked him if he was ok. He ran over and dug his head in to my lap and he started to cry and said " Is that man going to take our baby?" So I started to cry and explained to him that he was just trying to help Sawyer. Poor Kayden was so stressed out.

We got in the car and I called Adam at work, I couldn't stop bawling I explained to him what they were doing and that they would call me in an hour with the results. As soon as I got home I took Sawyer out of his car seat and I could tell he was just trying really really hard to breath and sounded really stuffy, the Dr. called and said " Kim, Sawyer is positive for RSV and he needs to be in the hospital since he is so little, I am calling to admit you to Utah Valley Hospital head over as soon as possible they are waiting." I immediately started to cry my eyes out and was feeling scared overwhelmed. Adam was still at work I called him and told him we needed to go to the hospital and they let him leave work.

We got to the hospital and they were so nice they explained to us that they had to monitor him and make sure that he was getting enough oxygen and he isn't trying to hard to breath. Adam had called his parents and let them know the situation, they were on their way over to give Sawyer a blessing. Sawyer received his blessing and I was so thankful for the priesthood that Adam's dad and cousin Aaron have. In his blessing they said please help Kim and Adam to feel peace and comfort and right then i had a warm feeling run through my body and a sense of comfort it was like someone was giving me a hug.

Kayden went with Katie and Dennis and I stayed with Sawyer and Adam went home so he could sleep he had to be to work at 6 a.m. It was one of the longest nights of my life I was up all night watching his monitor and the alarm for his oxygen kept going off and they would come in and deep suction him. The next day he got a lot worse he was breathing very heavy and they had to deep suction him about every 2hrs, and each time a ton of mucus would come out it was so bad at one point it clogged the catheter. Poor little guy, his eyes were so red and swollen from crying but I was so thankful that we were at the hospital and they were watching and taking care of him. The Dr came in that afternoon and said that he wanted Sawyer to stay at the hospital until they don't need to deep suction him so much.The next morning Sawyer seemed to be a lot better he didn't have to be deep suctioned as much and was breathing regular Poor little guy he was so exhausted from all of it he just slept he woke up to eat but went right back to bed he wasn't awake for more than a couple minutes. The Dr came in again and said that he looked great and that we could take him home, and that if he sounded or acted like he was having a hard time breathing to take him into the outpatient suction clinic at the hospital. Well we have been home for 2 days now and he is going really good he hasn't had to go back to the hospital for any deep suction and he is awake for more than 2 seconds and is acting like himself we are very happy he is getting better it was so scary to see such a helpless little baby. We just like to thank all of our families and friends for all their love and support and helping with Kayden we really do have the most amazing family and friends WE LOVE YOU ALL!! Sawyer Kevin Gauger

He is finally here! After a long night of labor Sawyer Kevin Gauger was born March 23, 2011 at 7:22 a.m. he was 8lbs 7oz and 20 1/2 inches long with a full head of black hair! He is so adorable and the sweetest little guy,everyone says that it would be a big adjustment from 1 child to 2 but so far I really haven't noticed anything different but it could be that Sawyer is a VERY easy baby he just cries when he is hungry and poopy and that is it:) Kayden LOVES him so much all day long he says how much he loves him and that Sawyer is his best friend. Kayden has been a big help with everything he gets anything I ask for throws away the diapers, gives baby brother kisses and makes sure that he has his binkie. It has been really fun to see Kayden care so much for his little brother already. We have been luck enough to have most everything from Kayden's stuff from when he was a newborn and I put a outfit on Sawyer today that I knew that I had taken a picture of Kayden in so I wanted to see the comparison, I was shocked to see how much the look like each other see if you can tell who is who? We love him so much and we are so blessed to have him here! I have a few pictures from our hospital stay so enjoy.

IT'S A BOY!

It's true, we are expecting another HEALTHY baby boy in March! We had our Maternal Fetal Medicine Ultrasound on Tuesday; I will tell you that place will never make me feel comfortable. We arrived and hour early thinking that we would be right on time, but that just meant we had to sit there and wait which meant letting your mind wonder. In that hour I think I went to the bathroom 9-12 times, said about 500 prayers to myself, and looked at every magazine in the whole waiting room. Then I heard my name called..... PANIC ATTACK!!... If a heart could beat out of a chest I think mine would have. I laid down on the ultrasound table and Adam stood right beside me with his eyes on the screen. The nurse started and I immediately started to cry; I couldn't hold in anymore. Then very shortly, I saw what I was hoping and praying for: very long legs, very long arms, and the best words of all, " Your baby is measuring right on time." SIGH!!!!! What a relief. Then we had to wait for the Doctor to come in and take a look, and of course it was the doctor that told me to my face, Aiden was going to die, which made me very uneasy. He came in and said, "Hi guys, I am Dr. Schemer glad to see you back, do you remember me?" I said, "How could I forget." He just looked at me with a smile.. and continued with the ultrasound telling us great news. He continued to tell us how happy he was and that we should feel so much better. So we left with GREAT news and we are so excited to welcome this little boy in March and Kayden is super excited for his baby brother!! Thank you to everyone who has kept us in their prayers♥♥♥

First Stitches:(

Last night was Kayden's first time for stitches, I am sure it will not be his last... He was bouncing his bum on a bouncy ball in the living room, and the ball slipped out from under him and he flew forward and smacked his head on our glass entertainment center. I didn't even noticed that he was playing on the ball or I am sure I would have stopped him from doing that.

I ran over to get him and blood was everywhere,You could see his bone(I was trying not to panic) I said Adam he needs stitches hurry let's go. Kayden was crying for about 10 min, then he stopped and said "mom, I am sorry for breaking my face." " I need a special band aid, aunt Heather has band aides." I said it's OK Kayden bug it just and accident we are going to the special doctor. We got there and he wasn't crying at all he just kept saying he needed a Cars band aid. Then they took him in a room and explained to us that he might need to be sedated him if he doesn't hold still. That's when I started to panic I was so nervous I just started bawling, I felt so bad. They decided they would just play it out, so they brought in this stretcher with restraints so he couldn't move at all. Of course he was so scared, he was crying and kept saying "Momma, I don't like this sleeping bag anymore." They had to stick him with needles to make it numb when they stitch it. I was crying my eyes out. Poor Kid he did so good after the all the shots.

I would show him pictures to keep him distracted while they stitched his face. He ended up having 14 stitches cause it was so deep they had to do inner and outer. After he was done we took him to get a big Buzz Lightyear for being so brave he was so excited! So he is doing great, I don't think it will be that bad of a scar it was such a clean cut. I am sure this isn't going to be his last experience with stitches but lets hope!!

We have been really busy with life lately, Adam is working again and I am busy with school. We had a contest at school that was really fun here are the pics from it we gave her a transformation, I did her haircut and style and my friend Lucy did hair color and my friend Bailey did makeup.

I haven't been very good about my blog lately... but this is what we have been up to. Kayden turned 2 in March! We went to Kangaroo Zoo it was tons of fun! We have enjoyed the hot weather when it decides to happen.. Kayden is getting smarter everyday, he is the sweetest little boy ever! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE that little boy!!! Kayden is such a smart little boy you can have a full on conversation with him and he understand and talks back! he is always saying new things that surprise me each day. For example this morning I made him toast for breakfast and cut it diagonally, and he held both pieces up and said " mom, two triangle."

Kayden got super sick over the past few days and now is feeling better he has to have a steroid in a nebulizer every 4hours for a week to clear his throat. I took these pictures of him today.. REALLY could he be any CUTER! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this little boy, really I don't know what I would do with out him ♥♥♥

I can't believe how fast time goes by, 3 years ago we were blessed with the short life of our sweet little boy Aiden Thomas Gauger. I was looking through pictures that we have of him and I pulled this picture up and Kayden pointed and said" Mom, brother cute baby." Of course it made cry, then he said "Mom, crying sad." "Oh,No" Sweet little guy. But I would just to wish Aiden a Happy Birthday and I am so thankful for his sweet spirit that is with us always.

Kayden has been telling me for awhile that he has to go "Poo Poo" and " Pee-Pee" so I decided I will buy a little potty and see how it goes, why not? I opened it tonight and he was SOOOO excited while I was putting it together he kept saying "my potty yeah!" so I got him naked and put him on the potty and he looked at me and then said "MOM PEE PEE" and HE WENT IN HIS POTTY!!!! I AM SO EXCITED!!! SO here goes nothing I am going to stick with it and help him get potty trained!! Oh and he finally got off the dang bottle, he has been bottle free for 2 weeks now and doing great! He is doing great, he is so smart and sweet!!! I JUST LOVE HIM!!!!

We had so much fun it's really cool they had a Sting Ray tank where you could put your hand in and they would come and want you to pet them like a dog! Halloween was fun this year I couldn't find a costume for Kayden that I liked so a girl from school let me borrow one of hers. A skunk it was super cute:) We went trick or treating at Grandpas work. Then we went and had dinner at Grandma and Grandpa Gaugers house and went trick or treating around their neighborhood. Kayden had a lot of fun he would go up to the door and knock on it himself and before they would answer he would say "treat, treat." I hope everyone had a great Halloween!

Big Boy Bed

So after finding out that Kayden's crib had been recalled due to the sliding rail coming off and squishing kids and causing them to suffocate. We decided that we would try out a toddler bed for Kayden. He climbs out of everything anyways..

We wanted to surprise him and see what his reaction would be to the change. We got him a transformers bed set, because he LOVES Bumble Bee ( The yellow one) we got it put together and showed him, he was so excited he ran over to his new bed with a giant smile and said "bee, bee!!" pointing to his pillow case. Then he climbed in laid down and was making fake sleeping noises.

I was kind of nervous, I didn't know how he would do not being in a crib and being able to get out. So we put the baby gate at his door so he couldn't roam freely if he woke up. But to my surprise he slept ALL NIGHT! He didn't fall out of wake up not once wahoo!! I was shocked and very proud:) I couldn't sleep though. I was too worried about him, I kept checking on him every 2 hours but he did great. I did take a picture last night how he was sleeping, it was funny but whatever works??

Yes I am talking about Kayden! For the past week he has been trying to climb out of his crib, when he wakes up in the morning if I don't come right away. I was getting really worried about it, because if he did get out he would fall pretty far and hurt himself. So I have put some soft blankets on the floor just in case he fell so he wouldn't break his arm or something. So this morning I am sleeping and I wake up to Kayden getting up. First a cry, then " Mama, Dada?" "Mama, Dada?" then I hear pitter patter on the kitchen floor and " Mama. Mama?" I lean up to see what the heck was going on and here comes little McGyver himself walking into our room with a big grin on his face, "Dada! Mama!" We couldn't stop laughing. So now we need to figure out how to keep him in his crib, any suggestions??

Memorial Weekend

We had a lot of fun for Memorial weekend, Adam's brother Chris and his family came down from Wyoming and we had a suprise party for Chris . It was nice to see them.

We went camping for the first time with Kayden. He didn't do to bad other than he kept trying to eat rocks that he would find?? and then his diaper leaked and we had a soaking wet child at 4 a.m. and wouldn't go back to bed. But all in all we had fun!

Memorial Day we went to Aiden's Grave it was nice, I love taking Kayden there he knows right where to go now. When we set him down he runs right for it and then plays with all the toys and things on the headstone. I only took a few pictures so enjoy.

What's Going On..

I haven't posted anything for awhile because 1.) We didn't have internet for 3 weeks:( and 2.) I had lost my camera.. but found it:)! Any who we are doing good other than Adam was laid off from his work the freakin economy sucks!!.... So he is in the process of finding a new job. Kayden and I have had the Flu for the past week, not good:( And of course the only time we get sick is during the stupid Swine Flu scare, I don't know about y'all but it freaks me out BAD!! It doesn't help that all I do is watch the news and get even more paranoid about it. I had a panic attack the other day when the swine flu was in Park City and decided that we really do need food storage, I had a break down and couldn't stop thinking what if we really couldn't leave our houses, I don't want my family to starve!! So I went and bought a my first little bit of food storage, I am going to start doing buying a little here and there. I don't care how small my house is I will find a place I can't handle the thought of my family starving.( Sorry if I sound like a total drama)

On a happier side of things I gave Kayden a haircut tonight ( His 5th one..) and I thought he looked so cute and he was being a cheese ball so I had to post some pictures.

I can't believe last year I was in the hospital waiting be induced to have Kayden. I remember when he was born he wouldn't cry he was just looking around at everyone, then the doctor rubbed his belly and he let out this tiniest little cry,I just started to bawl along with everyone else. I couldn't stop crying that whole day.

He is our little miracle and he has been the greatest thing to ever happen to us. He is the sweetest little boy, he loves giving you a hugs and kisses, playing with kids, anything really he has the best personality that you could ask for! We love him SOOOO much. I can't imagine our life's without him. We had a birthday party for him on Saturday I will post pics soon. Here our some cute pics of him in the tubby:)

11 Months

Kayden turned 11 months last week but I have been slacking... Anywho I took some pics of him today cute little bug! He is getting so big Its hard to believe that he is going to 1 NEXT month!!! He is definitely not a baby anymore:( He is getting better and better at walking. His new thing is holding everything up to his ear pretending it's a phone, and makes the noise "Hello" or "Dada" He cracks me up! I LOVE him sooooo much

Valentines Day was a lot of fun!, On Friday night Adam and I went on a date while Katie watched Kayden... (Thank You Katie) I had so much fun!! We went to and went to the movies we watched ... LOVED it, it was way suspenseful!!! On Saturday we just lounged around and watched movies at home with Kayden. Then we went to Our friends Karilynn and Darin's house and played "Scene It Disney" and Ate heart shaped pizza. It was a great weekend I hope ya'll had a great Valentines weekend too!

Happy Birthday Aiden

Today as many of you know is the day that Aiden was born and died, it's still hard for me even though it has now been 2 years, because it still feels like it was just yesterday. I just remember how crazy that day was, waiting for Aiden to be born. I was 18 hours of labor but it all happened so fast. I remember pushing and hearing his heart beat so strong and Katie and Adam helping me get through each contraction. Then his little heart beat got slower and slower and I knew that I had to prepare myself for what was going to happen next.

He was born and rushed to NICU and put on a ventilator, which was in the room in front of me. Adam went with him so that he could make any major decisions. Adam was so strong he didn't let me see him scared not once. He kept looking at me and giving me the thumbs up threw the window. They took Aiden and Adam into another room where the family could see him while he was on the ventilator. I kept asking the Doctor is he ok whats going on? Then the nurse came in and took Katie aside, my heart dropped I knew what she was saying. Katie tried to be strong for me and said, Honey Aiden has passed away. I just started to cry the hardest I have ever cried in my whole life. They wheeled my bed into the NICU where Aiden and Adam and our family was. I remember looking up at Adam and his face was so sad but he remained calm, he handed Aiden to me and I just cried. There was so much family at the hospital , the doctor even made the comment he had never seen this many people come to support someone.

Aiden was buried January 27, 2007 it was a very hard to see him in his tiny casket,we had put the funeral in the paper. I didn't really pay attention to anyone who came I was so upset I just clenched to my Dad and Adam's arm. but I do remember listening to Chris (Adams brother) speak and when he was done, we closed with a hymn and When I heard all the voices I couldn't believe how many people were singing, I whispered to Adam do you hear how many people are here? The love and support we had was amazing.

When we were leaving in the line to take Aiden to the cemetery, Adam was carrying the casket and I remember him leading carrying the casket and I was behind him , thinking how much I love him and how strong he is. I have a picture of him holding the casket I know it's sad but it's one of my favorite pictures, because the expression on his face just says it all.

Aiden was a beautiful little boy who is loved and I am so thankful for having him our life's and I just would like to wish him a Happy 2nd Birthday! We love you!♥♥♥♥

Girlfriend??

The other day I was doing the dishes and heard Kayden in the living room playing and talking.. So I peeked around the corner to see what he was doing and noticed he had a "Girlfriend" kissing her, poking her eyes out. I ran and grabbed my camera. Its my Doll head for school.. he isn't scared of it at all, instead he would rather kiss her face and talk to her its freakin cute HAHAH

10 MONTHS / Walking??

Kayden turned 10 months on Saturday. I can't believe he almost 1!! He is getting smarter and smarter, he started taking steps this weekend , he has done a total of 3 but he can stand for a long time its CRAZY I am really excited for him to start walking then I won't have to pack him around everywhere.. HE is getting HEAVY!! ( I will try to get some video and post it)

Adam bought him a matching BYU Jersey at the last Basketball game, so here are some enjoy.

I am sitting her it's almost 11:00pm and Adam is still not home from work:( He left at around 6:00am. He has been working long hours everyday so that I can stay home with Kayden and go to school, So I just wanted to dedicate this post to him by saying Thank You so much for all your hard work, I appreciate all that you do for me and Kayden! Kayden turned 6 months old today! He such a little stud, I can't believe how fast he is growing up:( He is now starting to say Dada. He is attempting to crawl but doesn't have it figured out he just ends up scooting across the floor and rug burning his cheeks LOL . He can only sit up for like 30 seconds but he is getting better. It was a lot of fun we went to Spaghetti mamas, we were going to see a movie but they were all lame.. Kayden was getting to big for his sink tub and I had tried giving him a bath in the regular tub but it was just not working. So I went to Wal-Mart and found this cute little blow up Rubber Ducky tub. He loves it!! it's a lot deeper than his other one, so he enjoys just sitting there, and the duck makes quacking noises . SO CUTE!!

Yesterday Kayden turned 5 months old!! He is so big now as you can see from the tub picture below... I love this little guy so much he really has such a great personality. He is the best sleeper, he goes to sleep at 9pm he only wakes up to eat around 7-8am and then goes back to sleep until 10am. He is so curious about everything now if I have something in my hands he thinks he needs it to. He rolls around everywhere. He really is a sweetheart I love him!!!!

I have now jumped on the bandwagon.. Everyone has been bugging me to start them but I have always found an excuse. But the other day I was visiting my Aunt Angela and she had the first twilight book with her. I said everyone wants me to start reading those books. She said well then do it, and gave me the book to borrow. So I have started it and I love it! So thanks everyone for finally pushing me to read them. ☺

Work or Home

So lately Adam has been overwhelmed with coming home tired and worn out and giving Kayden his full attention. He wants to take a nap then relax the rest of the night and I don't blame him.. but Kayden needs to be entertained all night until I get home around 10-11pm so he is basically pulling an all nighter' and he is just way exhausted. Plus Kayden is getting to the age he knows when I am not home as soon as I leave for work he starts SCREAMING and sometimes won't stop until I get home. And I never see Adam cause I am working 6 days a week and we get about 20 min to talk from the time he gets home until I leave, which is basically me getting all Kayden things ready for bed and getting ready for work... so it always ends up in an argument about how we never do anything together.NOT FUN:( So yesterday after talking to Adam for about a week about being a stay at home mom, Adam came home and said I have been thinking about it if I work only 2 hours a week everyday overtime I can make up for you if you don't work. He said I want you to QUIT your job, I am sick of not seeing you, I am sick of Kayden missing you.

So yesterday I let my boss know what was going on, and I QUIT!! HURRAY!!!!!! I am so excited I love my work but I really hate leaving Kayden and Adam. SO I quit for sure this time and I couldn't be anymore excited.

We have decided to sale Toby due to the fact we can't find anywhere to go with a pet... But we sold him today to a great family with a cute little girls that loved him. I was way sad cause I love that dog! but he needs to be somewhere, where he can get all the attention that he needs. And they were perfect!! So we love you Toby and hope you enjoy your new family! I was taking a shower this morning and I didn't want to go all the way upstairs and get Kayden his bouncer so I just grabbed his car seat and put a blanket in it to make it soft. I was enjoying my hot shower Kayden wasn't crying so I assumed that he was just fine... then I opened the curtain to check on him and he was laying on the tile... he had wiggled himself out of his car seat,LOL! Don't mind the foggy picture I jumped out of the shower to grab my camera.

We had better day the rest of the 4th, we slept in until 11 am cause we didn't go to bed until 5am with all the scariness.. but any who we went to my Dad's block party it was fun, they had fireworks and games etc. I didn't take very many pictures but here is what I have. A Night in the ER and Kayden's little angel♥

I know it's late but I can't sleep I am sort of in shell shock right now due to the fact we just got back from the ER... Let me explain how it all happened, my dad called me up tonight and told me he had bought a solar Shepard's hook light for Aiden's grave. So I told him we would come up and see it. It wasn't dark enough yet so we all went back to my dad's house and played with Kayden and talked with the family.So around 10pm my dad and Diane asked if I would like to go on a walk with them to the cemetery and see the pretty flickering candle. I said that would be great I will bring Kayden with to so he can see his brother. I got this stroller we bought in Yellowstone ( because I forgot our nice one) litte cheap but handy stroller. and off we went, the candle was so beautiful! SO we headed back home and when we were walking I noticed some sprinklers that were getting the side walk wet, my dad said don't go threw them with Kayden come out here in the street which happened to be very busy so I said no I would rather just get him sprinkled rather than risk someone hitting us.So I took of sprinting and BAM!!! there was a really big uneven part of the sidewalk and the stroller slams over and I go down with it landing on top of my sweet baby! I jumped up so quick screaming I KILLED HIM I KNOW IT! cause all he had on was a one-z cause it was so hot out. My dad rushes over trying to get Kayden out of his straps, I didn't even want to look at him I was so afraid of what I might see considering he just hit face first on to concrete. I am hysterical at this point I can't even breath... My dad said calm down calm down, as Kayden is screaming bloody murder and soaking wet. I said can you see his face is he OK, is he breathing? So we called Adam to come pick us up and take us home.
We get home and I can't keep it together I keep saying I know he hurt I know it. So I give him a bottle to help him calm down and to a complete and total miracle!! he is totally untouched.... Not a scratch on him??? I am so confused and look down and my entire leg is SOOOO swollen. SO we decided to take him to the ER to make sure nothing wrong for sure and to check out my leg. and to my surprise Kayden calmed down was smiling and acted like nothing happened??? The Doc came in and checked him out and he said he is completely fine, just make sure check on him tonight just in case. IT was A MIRACLE!!! I am serious we hit that ground SOOOO HARD I was sure he had at least a cracked skull. Then I thought to my self how the heck did he not get not even a scratch on him, nothing at all. well it was Aiden he was with us the entire time after we left his grave he was watching out for his little brother, I am serious there is no other explanation. Kayden stroller was bent, he only had a lap belt on, it landed completely face down the only way he wouldn't have split his head open or seriously hurt him would be if someone was watching over him. I want to pass out just thinking about it I am the most horrible mom! What was I thinking?! I am so thankful that he is ok!!!!! He is my life and I could never forgive myself!! My leg isn't broken but it hurts SOOO bad but I am happy its me that's hurt and not him any day. Here are some pics of the bent stroller and how it landed and of Aiden's new candle light

This is how it landed on solid concrete, check it out, it hit so hard face first that it completely bent the metal frame on the stroller I found a pic of the stroller before on wamart.com so you can compare. and before and after pics of Kayden, it's a miracle! Check out my second knee, and tell me its a miracle he didn't even get a scratch?!? ( the mark n his arm is a birthmark...not a bruise)

Rolling Over!!

Yesterday I had Kayden on the bed and I could hear grunting and pushing I looked over and he was trying to roll over and he did onto his tummy (Yeah! he is learning new things but)... It's kinda scary cause he can't roll back over so I am afraid of him suffocating himself. Now we have to watch like a hawk.( I tried taking a picture but every time I get the camera out he stops and stares at me and won't do it...

He just sat there while I carried him around the pool then he would smile at me, he is such a cutie!! So I am slacking big time... But we have been busy. We finally moved out of our ROTTED place in great old SLC.. we are trying to find a place we like in until then we have moved to Adam's parents basement, Toby is staying with Jenny Adam's sister( THANKS AGAIN JENNY!!!) I am excited to be back in a place of our own closer to family so if ya'll know of anywhere let me know! Kayden is doing great I can't believe he is almost 3 MONTHS!! Time goes by way to fast! I took him to get his shots today.. finally. It was the most horrible thing ever I almost started to cry.. I know the nurse is just doing her job but my first instinct when I see him in pain is to defend him I want to punch her LOL. Poor little guy he just screamed and looked up at me like aren't you going to do anything, then I felt even worse :( He did really good after though I comforted him then he fell asleep. He was cranky when I left for work but Adam gave him a bath ( His favorite thing) and he was happy again! Other than that nothing new has really happened. I am sure I will have more to talk about now that it's SUMMER!!!

Last night Kayden was getting fussy and I decided that maybe we should finally put his mobile thingy on his bassinet... OMG his bassinet is totally PIMP now it lights up, vibrates, plays music, has blinking lights that go with the music and the mobile with teddy bears spins around. SOO cute I didn't realize it did all that or else I would have put it together awhile ago, because Kayden was in LOVE with it. he immediately stop crying when I started it up, and sat there for like an hour just gooing and smiling it was adorable. So while I did some cleaning today I put him in the bassinet again, he was as happy as can be as long as the teddy bears didn't stop.

So I know you all probably read my NO MORE WORK blog, but unfortunately I had to go back part-time at nights. And yesterday was my first day back... I totally cried like a baby cause I didn't want to leave Kayden. It is only 4 hours a day but I miss every second I don't have with the little guy. But it ended up not being that bad I got to see all my old friends and everyone was so happy for me, and was glad I was back. Adam gets to be "Daddy Daycare" It's good and bad for him because gets to bond with Kayden more but can't always get him to fall asleep when he needs him to, so he is up until I get home which is way late... But you gotta do what you gotta do so here is to looking on the upside of things :)

Ever since we brought Kayden home he has had to be on a bili blanket ( UV light) for his Jaundice. It is the most annoying thing, he can't wear any of his cute outfits because it goes up his back under his under shirt, and when he is sleeping all you can see is the florescent light glowing in the crib, he looks like an alien baby. So tonight was the first night Kayden didn't need to wear his UV light for Jaundice, he got a bath and got to wear PJ's for the first time. Needless to say he was VERY happy .... HIGH FIVE:)

Janurary 21st was Aiden's 1 year birthday. I can't believe it has already been one year, I was having a hard day thinking that I would have a little boy running around trying to learn how to talk and walk. I miss him so much and just keep thinking how thankful to be pregnant with a healthy baby boy.
Adam and I decided that we would make him a card and go to his grave along with a stuffed bunny that we received when we were in the hospital. Katie and Dennis went there before us and put some balloons and cleared off his headstone so that we could find it. Going there always brings back so many memories especially being pregnant again. I just want Aiden to know that we love him so much and I hope he had a very Happy Birthday!

Janurary 11th was my last day of work at Prosper, I was really sad cause it came so fast. I definitely miss all my girls!! ( I hate to admit but I miss the annoying sales guys sometimes too..) I really loved working at Prosper they were like family! We went to Mim's Cafe for my last day and Lisa and baby Autumn my old boss came down from Texas to join us ! It was really funny the waitress that took the pictures kept saying I don't' think I can fit your dad in the picture... Poor Fred! But all said and done I am glad I get to be a stay at home mom!!!

SO I haven't blogged in along time because I haven't had a computer... So here is what has been going on. Christmas was really fun we stayed at Adam's parents house, we had Christmas Eve dinner with sister's and their families. ( I have no idea why my blog is putting the pictures at the top of the page so whatever..)

I HATE stupid people

Last night a kid from my husbands work came over to look at a drill and a phone that he wanted to buy from Adam.(This kid is the son of my husbands old boss that didn't pay him) My husband always talks about how dumb this kid is and how it annoys him, I don't think I realized the extent of his stupidity... He walks in with his girlfriend, they introduce themselves to me. Adam shows them the drill and phone he was interested in. while they were doing that his girlfriend who looked way older than him, said " baby I want this phone, buy it for me." so he's like " ok, I owe you anyways." whatever that means. SO she takes it and can't figure out how to work the dang phone... its not that hard. So I show her and blah blah. Adam asks this kid hey you want to play some guitar hero? of course he does. They start playing and I pipe up and ask how old are you to his girlfriend. She laughs and looks at her boyfriend and says 30. OK, how old are you I ask her boyfriend, I am only 22. oh wow I said its like Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. She's like ya! I was totally kidding, but whatever. SO his girlfriend says "I am hungry, I am like oh we are to I haven't made dinner yet. "Oh" she says. "If you are going to make us dinner I am on a diet and I prefer a salad." (uhhh, what the crap? Did I say I was making you dinner?) I just laughed and smiled. Adam's like do you like Marconi and Cheese? "Ya, only with hot dogs and ketchup." says his girlfriend.
At this point I am getting a little annoyed with her, so I say oh we don't have any hot dogs we need to go grocery shopping...thinking that will shut her up. OH NO, she says "oh, I can go to the store and get some!" oh man.. sure I said I will start to cook some macaroni. She's like " NO, you should come with me." Well I have to get in the shower so you can just go" I said " Well the thing is I can't drive in the dark, can we take your car?" " Sure" I said we were only going to go across the street to Smith's. As I get my coat on she's like " Oh crap I need to pick up my little girl." I am like oh where is she at? oh just on 7000 South ( which is like 1 mile away.. no biggy) "Ok" I said. So we get in the car and she's like oh crap I forgot my wallet.. she didn't even look in her purse she just said it like she had planned it out. "Can you buy the food?" She says. I am like "I am not hungry." ( I would never say that to anyone else but she was really bugging the crap out me.) Then I ask where do I go to get you daughter? She is on 7000 South and 2000 East. HOLY CRAP, that is all the way against the freakin mountain.... I am like OH really. so I just keep driving.
She keeps trying to unlock and lock the new phone she just bought from me, Oh my gosh can I tell you it was like watching a monkey, she just didn't get it. So I grabbed the phone and said here, and unlocked it. How did you do that? I had told her probably 20 times and showed her, so I showed her again. She acted like I was the smartest person in the world.
We are driving, driving we had a long way to go, she asks, oh what do you do for work? I said " I am an office manager for Prosper" "Oh really what do you do there?" I told her that we do coaching for people that are interested in real estate and getting out of debt, we also work with Trump University, you know Donald Trump. "Oh is he the bald guy that makes a lot of money?" umm no, he's the guy with a really bad toupe." you know Donald Trump the apprentice, your fired.. Trump tower... She could register what I was talking about. Then she says. "oh so you own your own business?" (Are you kidding me?) "No, I work for Prosper." ok, she says a little confused. Well I work at Sears, "what do you do there?" I asked " I work in fashion." Fashion I said, you mean clothing? "well I call it fashion." OK..
So I ask her where are we picking your daughter oh at my church. So me being the naive Utah girl, I am thinking an LDS church... so we pull up and the church was a little weird looking, so I asked what kind of church is this? "Southern Baptist" she said. um, I just wait in the car" I said. " No, come inside you can meet my mom, but tell her that you work at Sears with me, she can't know that I am with Chris ( her boyfriend.) I am like ok whatever. SO we walk in and its just like the T.V shows with the guy telling everyone they are healed... there is a guy at the front of the room yelling into a microphone "HOW DO WE PRAISE THE LORD!!" and the kids yell back "HALLELUJAH!!" He says, I can't hear you, HOW DO WE PRAISE THE LORD 1-2-3 HALLELUJAH!! I am looking around feeling like a total minority, there is a DJ in the back nodding his head up and down with head phones on but no music playing, and the preacher guy says, let say a prayer. He begins saying,with his eyes open and his southern loud voice "May the lord save us, hallelujah," and we walked out. I was really entertained. LOL I had never been to another church before.
So I am driving back to my house, and I am really annoyed at this point.
And she says, Do you like kids? I said,"NO," "Well then why are you pregnant?" I said " I was kidding, who doesn't like kids?" oh I guess your right. then she says "Are you in debt? Cause I am." I said "no we are just trying to catch up from your boyfriends dad screwing my husband over thousands of dollars" She's like "Oh ya." ughh I wanted to punch her. So we pull up to my house and I just get out of the car with her still in the Durango, I said I have to get in the shower.. not really I just didn't want to be around her anymore. So I go upstairs immediately, and shut the door and turn on the shower. I just sat there thinking how could I get them to leave. Then Adam comes up, and says whats wrong? I am like are you kidding me if I am with that girl for another min I am going to kill her, I told him the whole story and he was like are you kidding. So I came down stairs with Adam and he told them that we had to go to bed, so 20 min later they FINALLY left. Last night I realized how bad stupid people bug me,maybe its just cause I am full with pregnancy hormones but never again will I let them over to my house.

Adam and I watched the cutest movie last night, Ratatouille. It's about a rat that becomes a chef for a famous resturant in Paris. It's really funny ya'll should watch it.

Last night Adam and I were watching a movie, and the baby started to do his regular nigthly excersise. And I want Adam to feel him moving cause he hasn't yet, so I had Adam put his hand on my stomach. Then BANG! the baby kicked him really hard, he had a smile on his face and he said wow! I think that is just makes him realize there really is a baby.

So I am just sitting here at work wait for something to do and reading blogs, and out of no where little baby boy is having his gymnastics class or something, he will not stop moving its SOO cool I forget how it feels to have a baby move inside of you. This is one of the first times that I have felt him move for more than just a second. I am so glad it just helps reassure he is still alive in there. I am getting more and more excited!! Can't wait to hold him for the first time!

as you all know it was halloween yesterday, my favorite holiday EVER!! but I wasn't going to dress up because I couldn't find anything that would fit my pregnant belly..I was really mad about it cause I dress up every year and my work has a costume contest, so even more reason to get a costume. So I show up to work in my boring normal maternity clothes (yawn) to find everyone dressed up :( I was feeling pretty sorry for myself, but Chelsea one of the receptionist at my work ( who wasn't dressed up) ask me if I wanted to go to Halloween Express with her to buy a costume.. sure I though why not maybe I could get some fake eyelashes and a wig. So we go there and everything was %50 off SCORE!! So we searched and searched considering everything is made for hookers.. and TADA we had found our costumes so we went back to work and got dressed.. they were super cute! Chelsea was Snow white and I was a witch.

And to my surprise I ended up winning our Halloween contest! I got the scariest cotsume award.. hahha it was a fun Halloween!
